COVID-19 Policies, Disclaimer, & Release
We value each and every one of our members, so in order to be fair to all, we do not make individual exceptions to our policies.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
After the cancellation deadline listed in red on the class page, no credit or refunds will be given under any circumstances including those related to COVID-19.
We value ALL our members and we do not make exceptions to our policies no matter how compelling the reason. By registering for a class, you understand that no refund or credits will be granted for any reason whatsoever after the cancellation deadline (listed on the class page in red) has passed.
CLOSURE OF PHYSICAL STUDIO:
We are 100% committed to helping you build the industry connections you need to move your career forward. And we will not let a resurgence of COVID-19 get in the way of that.
Therefore, in the event of a resurgence of COVID-19 where public health guidelines require the closure of our physical studio, One on One / Next Level will work diligently to move the class or event to an online Zoom format. That way, you won’t miss out on any career building opportunities.
By registering for any in-person class or event, you understand and agree with our commitment to move the class online if public health guidelines require it.
You also agree to attend the Zoom session and understand that no refunds or credits will be offered when an in-person event moves to Zoom due to COVID-19. If you choose not to attend the online Zoom session, you are not eligible for a refund or credit – NO EXCEPTIONS.
SAFETY PROTOCOL:
One on One / Next Level is committed to providing the best possible opportunities and industry connections for our members. We do that through both in-person and online classes.
In light of COVID-19, we will carefully monitor the latest and most updated public health guidelines and adapt protocols & procedures to ensure the safety of our community including members, instructors, and employees.
Safety protocols that have been adopted include (but are not limited to):
-Highest Grade Ventilation & HEPA Air Filters
-Increased Ventilation (Opened Windows) Whenever Possible
-Enhanced Sanitization & Cleaning Protocols
***Masks are strongly encouraged but not required per the latest public health guidelines as of March 14th, 2022***
***All COVID-19 safety protocols are subject to change based on updated Public Health Guidelines.
Because COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is spread mainly from person-to-person contact, One on One / Next Level has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19. However, we cannot guarantee that participants, volunteers, partners, or others in attendance will not become infected with COVID-19.
If you fall into a “high risk category”, it is recommended that you attend our Live Interactive Online Events as opposed to In-Person Events.
ASSUMPTION OF THE RISK. I acknowledge and understand the following:
- Participation includes possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to COVID-19. While particular rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist;
- I knowingly and freely assume all such risks related to illness and infectious diseases, such as COVID-19, even if arising from the negligence or fault of the Released Parties; and
- I hereby knowingly assume the risk of injury, harm and loss associated with the Activity, including any injury, harm and loss caused by the negligence, fault or conduct of any kind on the part of the Released Parties.
RELEASE AND WAIVER.
I HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, AND DEMANDS OF WHATEVER KIND OR NATURE AGAINST CREATIVE ALLIANCE GROUP DBA ONE ON ONE NYC / NEXT LEVEL STUDIOS LA AND ITS AFFILIATED PARTNERS AND SPONSORS, INCLUDING IN EACH CASE, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THEIR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, AND AGENTS (THE “RELEASED PARTIES”), EITHER IN LAW OR IN EQUITY, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES OR LOSSES CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE, FAULT OR CONDUCT OF ANY KIND ON THE PART OF THE RELEASED PARTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DEATH, BODILY INJURY, ILLNESS, ECONOMIC LOSS OR OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES, OR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, WHICH I, MY HEIRS, ASSIGNEES, NEXT OF KIN AND/OR LEGALLY APPOINTED OR DESIGNATED REPRESENTATIVES, MAY HAVE OR WHICH MAY HEREINAFTER ACCRUE ON MY BEHALF, WHICH ARISE OR MAY HEREAFTER ARISE FROM MY PARTICIPATION WITH THE ACTIVITY.
