Ready for the Room Program
Membership acceptance into One on One / Next Level is competitive and while at this time you were not accepted, we encourage you to continue working on your craft & honing your professional materials/footage.
You may do this independently on your own and after 3 months re-submit new video footage for our new member auditors to review & reconsider OR you may opt for our Ready for the Room Program where upon successful completion, you will be bypassed into full One on One / Next Level membership and no re-audition or resubmission is required.
How does Ready for the Room work?
Ready for the Room is designed for you to work with our Resident Private Acting Coach, Matthew Bonifacio, in private Zoom sessions towards mastering certain skills and meeting specific benchmarks & criteria required for One on One / Next Level membership. Upon Matthew’s determination that you have met each one of the designated benchmarks and are “ready”, you will be bypassed into One on One / Next Level membership and no re-audition or re-submission to our new member auditor team will be required.
What are the benchmarks & criteria?
- Professional Headshot & Resume
- On-Camera Technique
- On-Camera Readiness (Zoom & Self-Tape Setup)
- TV/Film Script Analysis & Technique
- Self-Taped Scene to Demonstrate Castability
How quickly will I be able to get through this program?
As each actor is on their own individual journey in their craft & professional development, this answer varies which is why this program is done in private Zoom sessions tailored towards your needs. This program gives you the flexibility to work at your own pace & schedule. Some may choose to spread their sessions out over time while others may opt to have a more intensive experience to meet the benchmarks faster. It is up to the discretion of the Resident Private Acting Coach to determine when & if you’ve successfully met all benchmarks and are ready to be bypassed into One on One / Next Level membership.
How do I get started in the Ready for the Room program?
Please email our Resident Private Acting Coach Matthew Bonifacio directly at mbonifacioassist@gmail.com. Be sure to let him know that you want to schedule a session as part of the Ready for the Room program.
